Here are some links and resources that may help you through the current gasoline fuel shortage in the southeast United States. It’s worth noting that the Colonial Pipeline supplies fuels through most of the southeast from the gulf up into the New York area. Fuel moves at around 4 miles per hour through the pipeline, so 2 days would translate into 192 miles approximately.

So far we have customized pages for information on the Gas Shortage in Asheville, North Carolina, and Gas Shortage in Atlanta Georgia. I hope to expand coverage to Nashville, TN and Charlotte, NC over the next couple days.

For fuel price reports, I would suggest you visit gasbuddy.com.
