Dealing with a Gas or Fuel Shortage
During Gas or Fuel shortages you become acutely aware of the potential problems of running out of gas. Doctor’s appointments missed, work, groceries, etc. What follows are some suggestions with dealing with periods of fuel shortage:
Try to keep your patience.
Plan your fuel usage. (Get to know what your needs are fuel wise.)
Plan trips to cluster stops. (Try to be the most efficient possible in planning your drives.)
Postpone unnecessary or less necessary trips.
Review your cars fuel economy (regular servicing can help fuel economy.)
